TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Definition
1.1 The “Trader” shall mean Oh crumbs biscuit boxes.
1.2 The “Purchaser” shall mean the person, Company or firm placing an order with the trader.
1.3 Working days shall mean all week days, including the day of order, that are not weekends or bank holidays.
2. Acceptance
2.1 The trader reserves the right to change these terms from time to time to comply with changes in legislation, health and safety, new ordering or payment processes, or new products. Changes will only apply to any subsequent orders you make on the Website.
2.2 No orders placed by the purchaser for the traders goods shall be binding until such time as the trader confirms the order.

3.2 We will ask that you provide contact and delivery details when making an order, including a telephone number and an email address so we can get in touch with any issues or queries.
4. Products
4.1 All products sold by the trader are hand made to order. The images provided of the products were made by the trader for illustrative purposes only. The trader cannot guarantee that every hand-made product will be an exact replica of the image provided.
4.2 The trader cannot guarantee an exact match for any images supplied by the purchaser. Size and colour may vary depending on the information provided.
5. Allergens & ingredients
5.1 All ingredients used in the traders products are of the highest quality and will be free from cross contamination in the preparation and baking process. Ingredients are displayed on the traders products. Please contact the trader with any questions regarding ingredients or allergen requirements.
6. Payment
6.1 All payments for the traders goods will be made at the point of order. Once a payment has been made a confirmation of order will be sent to the purchaser via the contact details provided. Until that time no contract or acceptance has been made by the trader to accept the order.
6.2 If the trader cannot fulfil the purchasers order for any reason the purchaser will be informed as soon as is reasonably possible and a full refund issued.
7. Delivery
7.1 The cost of delivery is dependant on the weight of the goods to be delivered. The price of delivery will be displayed upon purchase. The trader reserves the right to change the cost of delivery under any unexpected circumstances. The purchaser will be notified of any unexpected delivery charges.
7.2 All deliveries will be posted via Royal Mail first class. Please allow upto 2 weeks for items to be made and dispatched.
7.3 If a delivery date has been expressed by the purchaser the trader will do everything possible to meet that delivery date. The trader will not accept a delivery date given by the purchaser as a binding part of the contract to supply goods.
7.4 If there are any special delivery instructions that require a delivery to be made to a safe place or a neighbour, the trader will not take responsibility for any losses or claimed missing items after delivery.
7.5 If there is a delay or the purchaser does not receive the order, notification must be made to the trader. The trader will endeavour to rectify the issue in a reasonable fashion and a reasonable time-frame. If the issue cannot be rectified the trader will offer a full refund or a replacement order.
7.6 If the courier cannot complete the delivery to the address specified by the purchaser any additional delivery charges or holding charges will be covered by the purchaser.
8. Refunds / Cancellation
8.1 If the purchaser wishes to cancel an order with the traderthen the trader will need immediate notification from the purchaser. As all products supplied are hand made to orderwith a restricted shelf life it may not be possible to cancel the order if the product is already in production.
8.2 If the trader has not begun an order placed by the purchaser, then the purchaser may cancel the order and a full refund will be given.
8.3 If the product supplied by the trader does not meet the standards of the purchaser or there is damage to the product upon delivery the purchase must provide evidence of the claim to the trader. If the trader agrees with the evidence provided by the purchaser then a replacement product or a refund may be issued.
9. Limited company guarantee
9.1 The person placing an order for the traders goods on behalf of a limited company does so as a guarantor. The person irrevocably guarantees to meet any financial obligations left by the company.
10. Data protection
10.1The trader will comply with all applicable requirements of the Data Protection Act.
10.1.1 No personal details of the purchaser will be held by the trader after a completed
delivery.
11. Consumer rights
11.1You are a consumer if you purchase goods from the trader.
11.2 the trader will at all times comply with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
12. Consequential loss
12.1The trader does not take any responsibility for claimed losses incurred by the purchaser that were not part of these terms and conditions unless directly in conflict with current laws.
13. Force Majeure
13.1Neither party shall be in breach of the contract nor liable for delay in performing or failing to perform, any of its obligations under the contract if such delay or failure is the result of events, circumstances or causes beyond the reasonable control of either party.
14. Governing law and Jurisdiction
14.1These terms & conditions are governed, at all times, by the current legislation relating to the traders activities.
14.2 Each party agrees that the legal & court system of the United Kingdom shall have full jurisdiction to settle all and any disputes arising from an unresolvable dispute between the trader and the purchaser.
